Order Processing

Orders are carefully prepared after purchase. Please allow[1–3 BUSINESS DAYS] for order processing before your package is shipped.

During sales, promotions, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Express Shipping: [7– 2-BUSINESS DAYS, IF AVAILABLE]

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occasionally occur due to carriers, weather, holidays, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your package enters the carrier's system.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

If you notice an incorrect address after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at Fuzz28zsc@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the delivery location.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact the shipping carrier and our customer care team at Fuzz28zsc@gmail.com.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by their destination country.

Veloura Botanics is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
